³ Do not eat anything ·the Lord hates [^Ldetestable; abominable; cf. Lev. 11]. ⁴ These are the animals you may eat: oxen, sheep, goats, ⁵ deer, gazelle, roe deer, wild goats, ibex, antelope, and mountain sheep.
